About the Event
Listen up Bears, this is our first overnight trip! We have obtained a special group rate for a hotel near Playalinda Beach. If you haven't been to Playalinda, it's a clothing optional beach on the East Coast near the Space Center and is always a fun time!
Here's the plan:
A two night stay can be booked using a special code provided in your confirmation email. You book directly with the hotel for $99 a night plus taxes. This hotel will allow dogs for a flat rate of $50 for the stay. No charge for parking.
Hotel rate is only locked in until Mid June so make sure to make your reservations right away. We have blocked several rooms and can increase if we get early interest in the event. There is no charge for your reservation until you arrive. A credit card is required to hold the reservation with…
