Two Night Trip to Playalinda Beach

Listen up Bears, this is our first overnight trip! We have obtained a special group rate for a hotel near Playalinda Beach. If you haven't been to Playalinda, it's a clothing optional beach on the East Coast near the Space Center and is always a fun time!

Here's the plan:

A two night stay can be booked using a special code provided in your confirmation email. You book directly with the hotel for $99 a night plus taxes. This hotel will allow dogs for a flat rate of $50 for the stay. No charge for parking.

Hotel rate is only locked in until Mid June so make sure to make your reservations right away. We have blocked several rooms and can increase if we get early interest in the event. There is no charge for your reservation until you arrive. A credit card is required to hold the reservation with the hotel.

Friday:

We arrive at the hotel after check-in on Friday July 23rd and have a group social at the pool from 7pm until close. We can meet members of the group and get to know each other. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel or several other choices nearby. You are responsible for you own meal and beverages.

Saturday:

We wake early! Breakfast is available at the hotel starting at 6:30am or you can eat nearby. Playalinda parking will fill up quickly so it is best to leave early and get a spot in Lot 13 next to the clothing optional area. Playalinda charges a rate of $20 per car for entry so it is best to carpool from the hotel to the beach when possible. We plan to depart by 7:15am. Each guest can leave as they wish but remember, you could get stuck parking far away.

Lunch Included! We will have a boxed lunch, ice, water, and snacks ready to go for the beach.

We plan to stay until about 4pm. At which point we will head back to the hotel and get dinner. Dinner is on your own or with your new friends. We can plan to meet back at the pool later for an informal social hour. UPDATE: We are now offering a Bear Taco Night! Check the tickets for details.

Sunday:

Grab breakfast with your new friends, head on home, or take some time to explore the area or the Space Center.

Check out is at 11am.

We will need a little manpower for this event to help with loading and unloading coolers at the beach. If you can volunteer, we would be grateful.
